While the Summer Book sale features books in all categories, the Mid-Winter sale focuses on fiction in a seemingly limitless array of genres. This past year’s Sale was a big success and we look forward to seeing you at next year’s Mid-Winter Sale which will be held on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend in January.
As always, there will be:
Large selections of children's books and videos
Hundreds of hand-picked LP records
Collector comic books
Vintage paperbacks
Good selection of matted prints
Audio books and videos
Volunteers have been working all year long to make the Mid-Winter Book Sale and its big brother the Summer Book Sale (July 24 to July 28, 2009) such a success. These "pricers and sorters" examine every single donated book, assigning it a price and a category so that our patrons can easily find the kinds of books they are looking for.
